Role Purpose: Nonsuch Mansion, Cheam, SM3 8AL 13.71 per hour (depending on experience) | Approx. 24 30 hours per week Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role in a stunning venue? We are seeking a Caf Supervisor to help deliver exceptional customer service at the beautiful Nonsuch Mansion in Cheam. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a unique location, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the caf while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the daily operation of the caf and supervising service Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring high standards are maintained Assisting both front and back of house as required Supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience What We're Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role A hands-on approach and willingness to support across different areas of the business Strong written and spoken English communication skills A positive attitude and passion for customer service A reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment Good to Know We offer flexible working opportunities, a welcoming and supportive working environment, and ongoing training and development to help you grow your skills and progress your career.
