About the Venue: Bovingdon's Catering specialises in bespoke event catering, bringing quality food and distinctive hospitality to both standalone venues and prestigious events. Together, we combine venue management excellence with crafted catering services, creating memorable moments whether guests are enjoying a casual caf visit, attending a world class performance, or celebrating at a landmark London location.
Role Purpose: Join our team as a Caf Supervisor in the beautiful setting of Leighton House and take the next step in your hospitality career. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced caf professional to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a unique London location.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading shifts and supporting the day to day running of the caf
- Delivering outstanding customer service and setting high standards for the team
- Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with strong barista skills
- Supporting both front of house and back of house operations including basic kitchen duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in a caf restaurant or hospitality environment; hospitality experience essential
- Confident barista skills and a passion for food and drink service
- Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English
- A proactive hands on approach with the ability to motivate and support a team
