About the Venue: At the top of the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food - and incredible view - to do the talking!
Role Purpose: Join the team at Darwin Brasserie, our stunning rooftop restaurant at Sky Garden, where exceptional dining meets breathtaking views across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Bartender to be part of one of London's most iconic hospitality destinations, delivering outstanding service within a high volume, quality driven restaurant operation.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Making beverage recommendations and confidently sharing product knowledge
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar
What we are looking for:
- Previous bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverage service desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within hospitality
