Role Purpose: Join the Sky Garden team as a Bar Supervisor, supporting the delivery of exceptional bar service in one of London's most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to develop their career within a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment.

What We're Looking For

  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Bar Supervisor to support the management of multiple bar outlets within Sky Garden.
  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor.
  • Proven background in high volume, wet led operations.
  • Experience working in high footfall venues; high-end hospitality experience highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of bar operations, service standards, and commercial performance.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front during service.
  • Excellent communication and team development skills.
  • High energy, personality, and the ability to motivate and inspire large teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of multiple bar outlets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assisting with the management of bar operations across multiple outlets.
  • Leading and supporting a team of up to 70 staff to deliver high standards of service.
  • Being highly visible on the floor, driving service excellence and leading by example.
  • Supporting staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery during high-volume periods.
  • Maintaining quality control, stock management, and operational standards.
  • Supporting the commercial performance of the bars, including sales and cost control.

The role pays up to 38,000 per annum and also offers excellent training & career development with prospects across our ever-expanding business. 40% Food and Beverage discount across the group. Staff meal allowance paid daily.
