We're searching for someone who is cool, calm and collected under pressure, with a passion for creating innovative food experiences and the personality to match. You'll be a hands-on chef who has worked across all kitchen sections and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Whether your inspiration comes from Michelin-starred dining, the latest street food concepts, or emerging food trends, you'll bring creativity, energy and fresh ideas to every service. What we're looking for: Experience working at Michelin-star level Background in AA Rosette-awarded restaurants Experience within 5-star hotels Strong knowledge of current and emerging food and dining trends Well-rounded kitchen experience across all sections Creative, innovative and commercially aware A natural leader with a quirky personality and great sense of fun Someone who embraces a challenge and is always looking to push boundaries If you're an ambitious Chef who combines high-end culinary standards with originality, personality and a genuine love for great food, we'd love to hear from you.
