Role Purpose:

We are looking for a visionary Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and craft unforgettable experiences, from show-stopping plated desserts to interactive pudding stations and exquisite petit fours that guests can't stop photographing. This isn’t your typical pastry role. You’ll be working at some of the UK’s most prestigious events: movie premieres rubbing shoulders with A-listers, Wimbledon’s hallowed grounds, and the elegance of Royal Ascot.
