Role Purpose:

Freelance Sous Chef - £20 per hour + Holiday pay

We’re growing our culinary team at Rhubarb Hospitality London Events. What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food experiences at high profile and exclusive events
  • Lead, inspire, and support your team to consistently achieve outstanding culinary standards
  • Take ownership of preparation, presentation, and flawless service across a diverse range of luxury events
  • Collaborate with experienced chefs on innovative menu development, tastings, and bespoke client showcases

  • A passionate and driven chef with strong experience in fast paced, professional kitchen environments
  • A background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or five star venues, with exceptional attention to detail
  • A confident and hands on leader who enjoys coaching, motivating, and developing high performing teams
  • A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering memorable culinary experiences and pushing boundaries

This Sous Chef role offers up to £20 per hour + holiday pay on a flexible contract plus an excellent benefits package, including 40% discount on food and beverage, meals on duty, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
