Waiter / Waitress - Sky Garden Bars - London in City of Westminster

Join the Sky Garden team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional service in one of London's most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team, supporting guests across two high-volume bar outlets by providing outstanding food and beverage service.

• Providing friendly, professional, and engaging table service to guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery
• Making recommendations and sharing menu knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service areas
• Supporting the wider bars team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service
• Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, with the confidence to make recommendations to guests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
