We are seeking a Bars and Retail Head Chef to lead the food offering across Sky Garden's bar and retail outlets. This is a highly visible, operational leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering menus across multiple kitchens, ensuring consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of menu development across all bar and retail offerings, alongside the delivery of activations, collaborations and seasonal concepts.
- Oversee operational logistics across several kitchens and service points, maintaining consistency of execution in a high-volume environment.
- Work closely with creative, marketing and social teams to bring brand partnerships and campaigns to life, delivering food concepts that are both commercially successful and creatively engaging.
- Lead a team of 8 chefs to provide exceptional culinary delivery across Sky Garden's complex venue.
Qualifications:
- Head Chef with proven experience in high volume, premium bar or retail-led environments.
- Strong operational and logistical capability across multiple kitchens or sites.
- A confident leader with experience managing a team.
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach under pressure.
