We are looking to recruit an exceptional Planner to lead everything F&B. Working closely with our partners the venue and Rhubarb's legendary events team, you'll bring incredible F&B experiences to life. The role will involve client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show rounds, overseeing menu tastings, attending briefings, and being a general ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless. No two days are the same and with decades of expertise, this is an incredible opportunity for a rising star to make a name for themselves in the world of events at one of London's most iconic venues. This is generally a Monday - Friday role, some mornings and evenings will be required depending on the events programme. A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue and Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show rounds, and attending briefings.
- Being a general ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless.
- Overseeing menu tastings and ensuring high quality experiences.
- Coordinating with partners, venues, and the Rhubarb events team to deliver events.
- Managing the overall F&B program in a fast-paced environment.
