What you will be doing • Leading and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service • Ensuring guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable experience at every stage of their visit • Supervising service operations, allocating responsibilities, and maintaining high standards throughout each shift • Supporting the management team with team training, coaching, and performance development • Resolving guest queries and feedback professionally and efficiently • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, organisation, and compliance across the restaurant
What we are looking for • Previous experience in a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress position within a premium hospitality environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to service
