Role Purpose: Join our vibrant kitchen team at one of London's most exciting dining destinations. As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our all day dining experience, creating exceptional tapas-style dishes and quality food at volume for our bustling bars and café. Sky Pod and City Garden Bars combine stunning views with exceptional food, serving everything from casual daytime dining to group events and special occasions. This is your chance to showcase your skills in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Working collaboratively with our experienced culinary team
- Contributing to smooth operations across our bars and café
- Engaging with customers during service (some front-of-house interaction)
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
