About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces. Role Purpose: As a Chef de Partie, you will be serving a modern British menu from breakfast to dinner in our vibrant and busy kitchen made up of 35 chefs from a range of backgrounds. Darwin is driven by its team spirit. You'll have plenty of learning potential and, with our senior team having risen through the ranks of Darwin kitchen themselves, a clear progression path. So, if you enjoy a fast-paced busy kitchen and have an interest in cooking fresh, seasonal food; as well as have a great attitude and willingness to learn new things, we'd love to hear from you!
