Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London's most stunning rooftop destinations, the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch, where creativity, energy and exceptional service come together. This is the perfect role for a passionate Bartender looking to develop their skills, elevate guest experiences and showcase their craft in a premium hospitality environment.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Delivering exceptional service while creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during busy service periods.
What we are looking for:
- Previous bartending experience within a busy hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong cocktail knowledge with a passion for quality and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

This is a full-time opportunity offering up to 15.71 per hour plus a paid meal allowance.
