This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a high-performing team in a busy premium restaurant operation at the iconic Darwin Brasserie, Sky Garden. /p p /p p br b What you will be doing /b /p ul li Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences /li li Assisting with the day-to-day operation of a high volume restaurant while maintaining excellent service standards /li li Managing operational administration, recruitment, and reservations /li li Coaching and developing team members through training, performance management, and ongoing support /li /ul p /p p b What we are looking for /b /p ul li Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role /li li Strong operational knowledge within a fast paced restaurant environment /li li Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others /li li Organised, proactive, and confident with strong communication and problem-solving abilities /li li Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and guest service /li /ul p /p p b Good to know /b br This is a full-time opportunity offering a salary of 40,000 per annum, along with a range of excellent benefits to support your career and lifestyle.
