Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world's most iconic locations. As the sister restaurant to our acclaimed Pilot's Bar and Kitchen in T5, Co-Pilots Bar and Kitchen serves an eclectic Brasserie menu featuring international favourites and British specials to hundreds of guests every day.

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day supervision at Co-Pilots Bar & Kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery, proactively seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving and exceeding set operational targets as well as supporting the Restaurant Manager to plan strategically to deliver improved revenue streams and enhance team performance whilst increasing overall brand and restaurant awareness.

You will be an inspirational leader, an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills through training and mentoring. You will have the ability to motivate, develop and lead the team by demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm. Ideally, you will have management experience within an airport in busy restaurants & bars; however, that gained from hotels or fast-paced high street restaurants will also be suitable. Most importantly, you will have the passion, etiquette and character to offer a warm and attentive experience that will be a highlight of our guests' journey.
