We are looking for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our high-energy team at Mamma Mia! The Party in London. You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager Bars to drive our bar operation forward, maximising revenue whilst delivering exceptional service that keeps our guests singing and dancing all night long.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the entire bar team.
