As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency & overseeing the delivery & replenishment process. You will have direct line management accountability for the online delivery & sales team ensuring that targets are met and everybody is working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth trading
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
