A market leading retailer who are loved by shoppers for their extensive range across fashion & homeware are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic retail team in the picturesque Surrey town of Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency & overseeing the delivery & replenishment process. You will have direct line management accountability for the online delivery & sales team ensuring that targets are met and everybody is working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth trading
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
  • Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
