We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our clients stand alone boutique in London's Luxury shopping area. They are ranked amongst the top brands globally and have seen significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage. OTE for the role based on current store performance is around 65-70K.
Our ideal candidate will be skilled in Luxury retail sales management, capable of managing CRM processes, events and clientelling. We are seeking a manager that is trend aware but also with a proven history of people development, team motivation and a love of leading with a positive performance culture.
