Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through effective sales strategies and KPI management
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards and a premium customer experience
• Manage daily operations including stock control, staffing, scheduling, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and staying ahead of trends
