We’re partnering with a premium fashion brand based in London looking to appoint either an established Merchandiser or a strong Junior Merchandiser ready to step up into a broader role. Working across Own Brand Denim and Outerwear, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, product-led business with a strong brand identity and collaborative culture. The role will suit someone commercially minded, analytical, and confident managing trading decisions across a fast-paced apparel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive seasonal and in-season trading performance across Denim and Outerwear
- Manage WSSI, forecasting, intake and OTB
- Analyse sales, stock and margin performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Partner closely with Buying, Design and Supply teams
- Support product planning and range strategy
- Contribute to trade meetings with clear commercial recommendations
About You
- Currently operating as a Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandiser or strong Junior Merchandiser within own brand apparel
- Experience across fashion product categories, ideally denim and/or outerwear
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Package
- Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 DOE
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the London office / 2 days from home
