We are seeking a commercially driven Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end digital customer journey for a major footwear brand, operating at significant ecommerce scale. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how customers are acquired, retained, re-engaged and rewarded across multiple consumer brands and markets.
Working at the intersection of CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and digital acquisition, you will play a key role in driving sustainable long-term growth through insight-led strategy, data-driven decision making and customer-centric marketing. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Insights and Technology teams to deliver commercially effective, scalable marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering a joined-up CRM and digital acquisition strategy across all devices and markets.
- Owning performance against revenue, retention, traffic and cost-of-sale targets and translating customer insight and market trends into scalable growth initiatives.
- Acting as a senior stakeholder across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Buying, Insights and Technology.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing CRM and Digital Marketing team.
The successful candidate will have experience building and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies that retain, reward and reactivate customers. You will be confident owning the CRM platform, improving targeting, segmentation, personalisation and data usage, and designing and launching a customer loyalty and rewards programme. You will also own the email marketing strategy across multiple brands and drive continuous testing and optimisation of campaigns, automations and transactional communications.
Digital Acquisition: You will preferably have experience with ROAS discipline, Bloomreach and Google analytics.
