A FMCG business is looking to hire an order management specialist to join a fast paced environment based in London.

Working closely with planning, production, supply chain, commercial teams and external partners, you will play an integral role in managing the end to end direct sales process.
You will oversee the full order lifecycle, from order entry and validation to stock allocation, dispatch coordination and issue resolution.
You’ll monitor inventory levels, liaise with warehouses, and proactively manage any delays or discrepancies.
Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate challenges will help maintain exceptional service levels across the business.
