We are seeking a commercially driven Senior CRM developing and delivering a joined-up CRM and digital acquisition strategy across all devices and markets. Own performance against revenue, retention, traffic and cost-of-sale targets and translate customer insight and market trends into scalable growth initiatives.
Act as a senior stakeholder across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Buying, Insights and Technology. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing CRM and Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will have experience building and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies that retain, reward and reactivate customers.
You will be confident owning the CRM platform, improving targeting, segmentation, personalisation and data usage, and design and launch a customer loyalty and rewards programme. You will also own the email marketing strategy across multiple brands and drive continuous testing and optimisation of campaigns, automations and transactional communications.
Lead email performance, deliverability and CRM best practice. You will preferably have experience with ROAS discipline, Bloomreach and Google analytics.
