Our client is seeking a motivated and organized retail professional with strong administrative and communication skills to support their UK Boutiques as a retail operations co-ordinator.
This role is based in central London head office and will work closely with the Retail Director, Marketing team, Finance team and Sales team to support administrative tasks and day to day operational communication across the boutiques.
Some of the key tasks include:
Producing sales reports weekly and monthly
Communicating updates to the stores
Generating succinct documents that summarise trading activity
Administration of projects around events, CRM, customer feedback, Employee surveys.
This is a fast paced role, you will need an excellent understanding of retail KPI\’s, attention to detail, the ability to communicate with high level stakeholders, resilience, organizational skills.
Its also essential that you are able to work with Microsoft packages including powerpoint and Power BI to a high level.
Ideally you will be from an administrative / operational background and already be working within a retail support function.
The salary for the role is £35,000 plus package. Role is Monday to Friday. Client is high end Luxury and would be looking for someone with knowledge of a similar sector.
