An international lifestyle footwear brand, renowned for its high-quality, design-led products, is seeking an experienced branch merchandiser to lead the allocations function across the UK and European markets. This forward-thinking retailer is a true market leader, driving innovation and continuing to expand its global footprint.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage and mentor a team of six allocators, overseeing allocations for a diverse store portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing your team’s capabilities, ensuring best-in-class practices in stock management and store support. Working cross-functionally with planning and store operations, you’ll play a strategic role in key business decisions and ensure timely execution of store opening plans across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of 6 Allocators across UK & EU markets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement strategic allocation plans.
- Oversee and support new store openings, ensuring timelines and stock levels are met.
- Use data-driven insights to drive allocation efficiencies and maximise store performance.
- Continuously review and improve allocation processes and tools.
- Proven experience in branch merchandising or retail allocations.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000.
