A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a retail manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. The role of a retail manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.
This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role. The ideal candidate will come from a retail environment which has a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience possible. You’ll be an experienced leader who has a passion for team development. This retailer places a huge emphasis on its people and are true to its company values.
The company looks to make each of its stores a great place to work, demonstrated by the fun and unique culture the company has. The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry. In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £36,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. In this role you will only work two full weekends per month. You will also only work seven days in every fortnight meaning you have a much better work/life balance.
