The role of operations will oversee all back of house functions within a store that has a turnover in excess of £50 million per year. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.
The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment or will enjoy the operational side of retail. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class store standards.
In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000. There is also a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary.
