We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead the end-to-end digital customer journey for a major footwear brand, operating at significant ecommerce scale.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include managing the ecommerce trading and sales performance, by owning and delivering online sales targets across all digital channels, apps, and digital concessions. Lead the overall ecommerce trading strategy to drive profitable growth, manage forecasting, reforecasting, and trading plans, identifying risks and opportunities. You will oversee promotional activity, trade terms, onsite campaigns, and peak trading events.

The position will work closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to align stock, messaging, and execution. Onsite experience, UX & customer journey experience is essential, optimising the onsite customer experience, merchandising, UX, and conversion performance.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in ecommerce or online trading within a fast-paced retail environment, and proven experience managing onsite trading performance across multiple digital channels. You will have strong people management and team leadership experience, with exceptional commercial awareness with strong forecasting and analytical skills. Good understanding of UX/CX and how they impact conversion and revenue is a must, as are advanced Excel skills, Google Analytics, experience with VM tools and basic HTML knowledge and experience with tools/platforms such as Fredhopper / Attraqt, ContentSquare, SAP, Hybris, Shopify.
