A global retailer is looking to recruit for a senior office coordinator to support the senior manager by overseeing all front of house and back of house operations for its UK office in London. This organisation has some of the biggest names and most well-loved brands in its market. It is a multi-billion-dollar organisation distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France, Spain and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are growing the teams across all functions.
Reporting to the senior manager within the UK Office, the senior office coordinator will support office operations, facilities management and administrative processes to ensure all workspaces are well maintained, organised and compliant with H&S requirements. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for the effective running of the workplace, including the physical upkeep of the office spaces, management of supplies and inventory, overseeing the samples process, coordination of inbound and outbound shipments and accurate tracking of office related expenses & invoices.
The role also acts as a key point of contact for employees and visitors, providing administrative support to senior leadership as required and supporting internal processes including employee engagement, travel and events.
The ideal candidate will have gained around two years’ experience in a supporting management role within office management. You’ll have a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Google Workspace. Coming from a similar role you will have developed exceptional organisational, time management and prioritising abilities. You will be dealing with a number of key stakeholders and will be the face of the company for both internal and external visitors, therefore, you’ll have an outgoing personality and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
In return, the salary on offer is a competitive one up to £38,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is based in Central London.
