An exciting opportunity has arisen for a regional sales manager to join their fun and inspiring make-up team. The brand is known for its brow expertise, cheek products and playful and light-hearted messaging.

The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategy and target achievements for their area by setting regional sales goals aligned with the business targets. They will develop action plans to grow revenue and market share, analyse sales data and report performance to senior leadership.

They will have strong management and coaching skills to support, train and motivate their teams to meet, or exceed KPIs. You will have to have managed field-based managers. You will have experience managing regional budgets and overseeing territory planning.

You will have experience supporting the learning and development of the sales teams and coordinate with head office on their development. You will be confident with tracking and reporting all sales activities and developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis.

This role oversees the South and South West of the UK, so this person needs to be prepared to travel. They are open to backgrounds, but a love and passion for make-up is a must!

In return the company offers a competitive salary of £60-75,000, plus a company car and an annual bonus. Plus lots more!
