Based in a flagship Oxford Street store, you'll play a key role in leading a team of 20 colleagues within a fast-paced, service-led retail environment where exceptional customer experiences are everything. The Role Working alongside an established Store Manager, you'll help lead one of the brand's highest-profile locations, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every team member has the support to thrive. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor coaching your team, driving sales and bringing the brand experience to life.
