A market leading retailer who are loved by shoppers for their extensive range across fashion & homeware are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic retail team in the picturesque Surrey town of Camberley. As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency & overseeing the delivery & replenishment process. You will have direct line management accountability for the online delivery & sales team ensuring that targets are met and everybody is working efficiently.
