We are working with a luxury retail client who is seeking a Store Director for its London flagship within luxury beauty. The role will be store based, working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends. The Store Director will lead a team of junior managers to deliver the brand's vision for service, excellence, and community.
The Store Director will oversee operations exceeding £15 million turnover within luxury retail. The retailer is globally renowned for innovative products and beautiful stores, offering a competitive package between £65,000 – £75,000 and excellent career prospects.
This flagship operation seeks a leader with experience in high-profile beauty operations, such as a flagship manager, area or regional manager, or a senior leader from department stores. Experience with clientelling is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be commercial, able to work closely with stakeholders in Buying and at director level.
