A financial services company is seeking an experienced financial controller to join its London based finance team and support continued international growth across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, lead financial operations, deliver accurate and timely IFRS reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Own the month-end close, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and play a key role in implementing a new system.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and other international regulatory requirements, act as a key contact for auditors and advisors, and partner closely with senior stakeholders and regional teams to deliver KPI reporting and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong IFRS and regulatory knowledge, experience managing junior team members, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and BI reporting tools is a strong advantage.
