A global, hospitality brand is looking to recruit for a regional HR advisor to join its people team in the UK. This company has over 200 sites nationwide, with more expansion planned in 2025 and beyond. It prides itself on celebrating individuality, allowing the people that work there the freedom and ability to be themselves. At the heart of its culture is the core value of teamwork, where everyone is it in together and there is a strong sense of collaboration in all levels of the business.

As the regional ER advisor, you’ll cover the south region of the UK which covers approximately 100 sites. Your role will be to act as the first point of contact for line managers, and you will partner with them to guide and coach restaurant managers through all aspects of employee relations casework. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover the current incumbent who has stepped up to cover the ER manager for the UK who is going on maternity leave. You will be filling the shoes of a high performing ER advisor, therefore the ability to build excellent working partnerships with your stakeholder group will be key to your success in the role.

The successful candidate will have gained experience in an ER specialist role or in a generalist role where ER is the main focus on the role. Ideally coming from a hospitality or retail background, you’ll have gained experience working with multiple stakeholders and have an excellent knowledge of employment law, with the ability to manage multiple cases at any one time.

In return the role is paying up to £45,000 as a basic salary, along with the opportunity to earn up to 15% in bonus each year. There is also a £4,000 cash allowance and all travel expenses covered. Whilst the role is remote, there will be the need to attend meetings in the London office as and when required.
