An international fashion retailer is looking for an ecommerce executive to support the ecommerce IT team, with a focus on fulfilment optimisation and day-to-day ecommerce operations management.
Responsibilities
- You will support the management and optimisation of their ecommerce fulfilment operation, working closely with warehouse, logistics and carrier partners to ensure orders are processed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.
- You will monitor fulfilment performance, identify recurring issues and work with internal teams and third party providers to resolve them quickly and prevent reoccurrence.
- Keeping a close eye on the operational health of the platform day to day, you will flag risks, elevate where necessary and help maintain the processes that keep the ecommerce engine running smoothly.
- Alongside your fulfilment responsibilities, you will play an active role in broader ecommerce operations, supporting platform maintenance, contributing to process improvement initiatives and helping to document operational workflows and procedures.
- You will collaborate with teams across customer service, logistics, trading and IT.
Qualifications
- You will have some experience in an ecommerce or operations role, with a good understanding of fulfilment processes, carrier management and the operational demands of running an online retail business.
