Job Description

This fast paced, luxury retailer carries some of the most recognisable brand names in the world within their product mix. Their focus is service, people and product – get these right and the business is flying. The company continues to grow, expanding in headcount and pushing the boundaries of customer experience.\\n\\nThey’re now looking for a flagship manager to take the lead in one of their key travel retail locations.

This isn’t your average management role – you’ll be running one of the brand’s most high-profile stores, driving both the customer experience and commercial performance. You’ll be leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, while also working closely with the cross function on strategy for the business. There will be lots of interactions with external stakeholders that are concessions within the business.\\n\\nWe’re looking for someone with strong people leadership and experience in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally within travel retail or another fast-paced, service-driven sector.

You’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders, making commercial decisions, and using your understanding of customer behaviour to drive sales and growth.
