Merchandiser – Lingerie, Nightwear & Swimwear

As a merchandiser, you’ll take ownership of the commercial performance of your departments, driving sales and profitability through effective range, stock and intake planning. You’ll analyse weekly trading and KPIs, forecast demand, optimise availability, manage OTB and react quickly to changing customer and market trends. Working closely with buying and wider teams, you’ll help shape ranges, manage critical paths, monitor competitor activity and ensure the right product is available at the right time, across stores and online.
We’re looking for a commercially focused merchandiser with strong analytical and forecasting skills and a solid understanding of stock, margin, pricing and profitability. You’ll be confident using Excel and data to identify trends, solve problems and make commercially sound recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence buying decisions, manage priorities and lead and develop a team.
