We are seeking an experienced senior sales consultant to join a prestigious luxury retail environment in Chester. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a renowned British fine‑jewellery house celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, superior materials, and innovative design.

In this leadership role, you will guide a specialist sales team, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and cultivate a culture of exceptional service. You’ll champion high standards on the sales floor, support expert product knowledge development, and ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
• Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high‑value items.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Manage stock processes, including inventory, replenishment, and product care.
• Support in‑store events, private appointments, and client experiences.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to optimise results.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high‑value watches or fine jewellery. Other sectors will be considered if at a luxury level.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Refined communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
• Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and clienteling.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.

The salary is up to £50,000 with a strong bonus structure based on individual and company performance. 26 days annual holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare after 6 months.
