A global apparel retailer is seeking an IT Business Analyst for their London HQ. The role supports the delivery, stability and enhancement of an inhouse ecommerce platform across Europe and works closely with stakeholders at local, regional and global levels.
This role focuses on driving effective warehouse management and successfully onboarding ecommerce carriers, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams such as IT, site operations, customer service, and logistics, while also managing relationships with external warehouse partners, ecommerce carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth, end-to-end operations.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years’ experience in ecommerce or retail IT service delivery, strong agile and business analysis skills, experience working with development teams and third party vendors, and a solid understanding of modern ecommerce technologies and digital tools.
