As a Desk Clerk (Processing & Ops) at Lidl, you'll play an essential part in keeping us moving. From assessing and monitoring chill chain compliance to producing KPI reports, your initiative and attention to detail will help deliver transport services to our stores in a cost-efficient manner. You'll be sharing your insights too, supporting the Shift Leader and Department Manager in managing the daily desk and administrative processes.

What you’ll do:
- Make sure that every order is received, processed, picked and shipped.
- Proactively help your Department Manager prepare for shifts and maintain databases by tracking order trends and inventory support.
- Be a support for our Drivers, Pickers and Warehouse Managers.
- Investigate order differences, liaising with supply chain teams and processing Driver documents.
What you’ll need:
- Administration experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A keen attention to detail with brilliant organisation skills.
- The ability to confidently communicate with your colleagues and our partners.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights when required.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.
