We have an exciting opportunity to join this well-loved premium accessories brand in their new store as an assistant store manager, based in Tewkesbury. The brand is iconic with its accessories and they are now looking for a commercial and people driven manager to join the team.

The assistant store manager will be focused on driving sales, KPIs, managing and developing the sales team, visual merchandising and back house administration.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience in retail management and be able to motivate and develop their team, making sound commercial decisions on product lines in order to drive sales and KPIs.
