About the Role
We are looking for a SAP Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for providing support services to the Harrods business for SAP application users. On-call rotation and occasional weekend/overnight work is required in this role. Manage customer expectations via regular communication. Participate in business readiness for system and operational changes as required to support the Team Leader. Support and triage of Service Requests and assignment to the SAP Applications team or other IT resources to resolution, delivering the same good IT service. Actively being involved with the broader IT community to ensure Harrods is up to date with industry trends and initiatives.
About You
Years of experience in effective problem management and issue resolution, with the ability to escalate. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to thoroughly investigate various SAP modules to identify root causes of defects, aiming to prevent recurrence. Solid background in cross-modular functions with hands-on experience in SAP modules such as SD, MM, WM, EWM, CAR, and FICO; broader module expertise is better. Open and willing to work across different SAP modules as needed.
