Sales Assistant

Our Sales Assistants focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We look for passionate beauty lovers eager to assist with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally provides training to enhance your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!
As a retail business, flexibility is essential. We operate Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, and you may need to work at different locations within reasonable travel distance. If flexibility isn\'t possible, we cannot proceed with your application.
You must be over 18 due to the products sold.
Your role includes:
- Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
- Recommending additional and complementary products
- Informing customers of current promotions and events
- Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise
- Completing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a professional environment and communicating inventory issues
- Demonstrating Sally\'s Culture and Values
