Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Your role as a Sales Assistant will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as an advisor on their beauty journey. Sally provides the necessary knowledge and training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will take care of the rest!

As a retail business, flexibility is required. Work days are Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with location flexibility within reasonable travel distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot proceed with your application.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products sold.

Your responsibilities include:
– Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
– Recommending additional and complementary products
– Informing customers of current promotions and events
– Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise
– Completing transactions accurately
– Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
– Demonstrating Sally\’s Culture and Values
