Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe. We are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair, and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Our Sales Assistants focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to help our customers through their beauty journey, whether assisting with hair colour, cosmetics, skincare, or nails. We will provide the necessary knowledge and training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will take care of the rest!

As a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. We operate Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, which you will be notified of in advance. You may also be required to work at another location within reasonable travelling distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot proceed with your application.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products we sell.

Your role as a Sales Assistant includes:

• Building relationships and inspiring loyalty
• Recommending additional and complementary products
• Informing customers of current promotions and events
• Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
• Demonstrating Sally\’s Culture and Values
