The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the partner portfolio in the North, covering around 30 doors. You will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging beauty advisors in-store. Your goal will be to inspire others to achieve brand goals, increase awareness, and boost retail sales. Additionally, you will ensure all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across all stores. The ideal candidate should have strong training experience, a proven track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs, and experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
