The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Tescos PPMO (Project Portfolio Management Office), which operates across Finance Change and Enabling Functions Technology portfolios. The role is within the Data, Reporting, Quality Assurance and Tooling Hub and will be managed on a day-to-day basis by the Hub Lead.

You will be responsible for:

  • System Administration: Manage user access, licences, permissions, project creation, sandbox environment, and system documentation.
  • Enhancements & Configuration: Develop, test, and implement small-scale feature updates, configuration changes, and tooling improvements in alignment with solution provider releases.
  • User Engagement & Support: Capture and resolve end-user pain points, run demos, provide training, create job aids, and maintain user documentation. Build and maintain an active end-user community.
  • Performance & Stability: Drive platform stabilisation, improve performance, lead root cause analysis for faults, and coordinate fixes with the solution provider and technical support.
  • Data & Integration: Improve data integrity, automation, and integration with other key systems; collaborate with stakeholders on accurate resource, financial, and governance data.
  • Testing & Release Management: Lead test strategy and validation for new features; ensure readiness before deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide regular progress updates to sponsors, run feedback sessions, and align delivery plans with PPMO roadmaps.
  • 3rd Party Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and participate in account management sessions.

You will need:

  • Planview Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and utilising Planview, ideally in portfolio, programme, or resource management.
  • Product & Tooling Knowledge: Experience enhancing systems or tools (e.g. as a Product Manager/Owner), familiar with roadmaps, backlogs, feature cycles, testing, release, and change control processes.
  • PPMO Experience: Understanding of programme/portfolio management processes and workflows.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage faults/defects (incident tracking, triage, escalation, resolution), troubleshoot effectively, and understand basic data models.
  • Data & Reporting: Skilled in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data views.
  • Training & Communication: Comfortable leading training sessions and demos to large groups, with excellent documentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of business users and senior stakeholders.
